grapevine marketing goes International
As a Country Partner for the annual World Employer Branding Day, we have been broadening our horizons since 2016 so that we can gain inspiration and new impulses for our home market, the German-speaking countries.
This year we intend to intensify these efforts:
Six countries, six successful employer branding agencies, one international network. The ink has not quite dried yet – everything was only signed and sealed at the end of January: We are very proud to be the initiator and founding member of the European Association of Employer Branding Agencies (EAEBA) (http://employerbrandingassociation.eu).
The collaboration and dialogue within the EAEBA will benefit both our customers and us, as agencies. Just like us, all our partner agencies are employer branding experts and market leaders in their own countries and know exactly what details are important. We are delighted to be a part of the new network, to be working jointly on developing and realising exciting international projects and to be involved in lively exchanges with like-minded people.
And that’s not all! Since the beginning of this year, we have also been the newest member of the OneAgent network, the world’s largest network for employer branding agencies (www.oneagent.org).
OneAgent is made up of a total of over 200 employer branding experts from over 50 countries. Together with our partner agencies, we can now operate even more effectively at international level, develop global employer brand strategies for our customers and implement these in a way that specifically meets the particular needs and requirements of the market in question. OneAgent means concentrated, global expertise and even more power for major multinational brands who wish to place their complete, worldwide employer branding into the hands of a structured network.
Our third major coup is still in its infancy: We are delighted to be able to announce that we will soon have a subsidiary in Milan.
Together with our longstanding partner, Universitybox, we decided last year to open up the field of employer branding, which is still under-developed in Italy, for ourselves. With our know-how and the excellent network offered by our partner in Italy, we have the opportunity to set new standards as a first mover here and to continue the success story of grapevine marketing (https://grapevine-marketing.com/it).
